Nine long years ago, during a very dark time in my life, I was diagnosed with something called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

All I knew was that I was severely depressed, gaining weight, and living with debilitating cramps and menstrual symptoms. 

My gynecologist urged me to get back on birth control to regulate my hormone imbalance and “normalize” my cycle but something told me to seek a different solution.

I needed real healing, not just a band-aid pill...

That was when I began seriously studying Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, looking for an answer to my suffering. 

Within six months, I completely reversed my PCOS naturally and within two years, I’d graduated with my Masters degree in Health and Wellness coaching.

It left me wondering how many other women were struggling with their menstrual cycle or reproductive problems...

What happened after implementing my education?

 My relationship to my period went from negative to positive to positively spiritual.

 I discovered ways to consciously work with my cycle to heal, to manifest, and to connect more deeply with myself and the Feminine.

After transitioning away from tampons to reusable menstrual cups, I learned about the menstrual mysteries and how to relate to my blood in a whole new way.
